My name is Anthony Jordan Alvarez. I’m an NJ/NY-based video editor, videographer, and filmmaker focused on live events, documentary storytelling, social-first content, and cinematic editing.
My work ranges from freelance event coverage and wedding films to branded/social content, interviews, music videos, and documentary projects through Lao Legacy. I’m drawn to stories built around people, place, culture, movement, and emotion, whether that’s a live event, a family story, a community gathering, or a fast-moving social edit.
I’ve worked with clients and collaborators across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, including Stein IAS, Trendlock, Laos in the House, Asian Arts Initiative, Flyfish Club, and independent artists, couples, and community organizations.
